mini banana bread pancakes

In a small bowl whisk together flour, ground flax seed, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl mash bananas, add eggs, butter, vanilla and maple. Light beat till everything is evenly combined. Fold in the dry ingredients until batter is smooth. Pour the batter in a large bag, cut off the end, and squeeze small circles on a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for 8-10 min until just set! Who else thinks mini versions are just better!?
