What you need

½ cup sugar-free jam

⅓ cup coconut aminos

¼ cup honey

1 tsp cashew butter

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 tsp garlic

3 tbsp coconut sugar

½ tbsp arrowroot starch

1 tbsp sweet chili sauce

2 lb chicken breast

12 oz broccoli florets
Instructions
0 Preheat oven to 375 and grease a large cast iron skillet with avocado oil. 9 In a sauce pan, add the dressing ingredients on medium heat. Bring to a low boil, and then allow to simmer for 5 minutes. 6 Place a cast iron skillet on medium high heat and allow to warm for a couple minutes. 7 Place chicken breast on cast iron skillet and sear for about 2 minutes. Brush the chicken with a generous amount of sesame sauce. 8 Flip the chicken over and brush the other side with sesame sauce while the other side of the chicken sears. 10 Place the broccoli on top of the chicken in the skillet and place in the oven. 11 Allow the broccoli and chicken to cook for about 18-20 minutes until chicken is cooked through and broccoli is roasted. 12 Remove from the oven and serve with choice of rice, rice noodles, quinoa, etc. Add extra sesame sauce on top when serving. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. 13 Keep left overs in the fridge for 3-4 days in an airtight container.View original recipe
