When you have leftover Funfetti mix, try to make this banana bread! It is so simple and I bet you have all the ingredients already at home. The texture is perfect especially with the sprinkles on top.
In a large bowl mash bananas and then add eggs. Mix till combined and then fold in Funfetti mix. Pour into a greased baking dish and top with sprinkles. Place in a 350 degree oven for about 40-45 min until a tester comes out clean. Let cool and enjoy!
