What you need

lb turkey bacon

cup yogurt

tbsp maple syrup

tbsp balsamic vinegar

tbsp tahini

clove garlic

tsp ground pepper
Instructions
0 Line a large roasting pan with parchment paper and preheat oven to 425 degrees. 1 Chop the brussel sprouts and spread on an even layer on the roasting pan. Place in the oven for about 15-20 minutes until starting to brown. 2 Place the bacon on a separate roasting pan lined with parchment paper. Place in the oven. Let cook for about 12-20 min till desired crispness 3 In a jar, combine all the dressing ingredients together and mix till evenly combined. 4 After the brussel sprouts roast, then add half the dressing on the brussel sprouts. Mix to evenly coat Place back in the oven for another 10-20 minutes until desired crispness. 5 After bacon is brown and crispy, break/chop into small pieces. 6 Pour the brussel sprouts in a bowl and add the pomegranates, pistachios, and bacon. Pour the remaining dressing over the Brussels, mix, and ready to serve. 7 Keep leftovers in a air tight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.View original recipe
